We are proud to announce that Petro-SIM 7.5 was released on May 29th, 2024. This new version is available today for download by our extensive user base and is also available to trial by anyone interested.
Operators face challenges in maintaining stability and efficiency of industrial operations due to feed property fluctuations, volatile prices, and uncontrollable disturbances. This version introduces a Real-Time Oprimization (RTO) solution that optimizes production, energy use, emissions reduction, profitability, safety, and reliability. It supports maximizing asset performance and sustainability building upon existing resources to optimize decarbonization efforts and return of investment.

Petro-SIM v7 SP1 addresses issues which have arisen since the release of v7 in February 2019. In addition this service pack makes available a number of fixes and improvements to Petro-SIM’s dynamic simulation capability.

Petro-SIM 7 represents a significant step forward for process simulators as the first process simulation tool that supports modelling from the wellhead through gathering networks to facilities for production systems as well as from crudes to finished products for integrated refining and petrochemical facilities.
