Miscellaneous improvements on KBC Explorer

• New options for deleting a revision of any database option/property:
  + A new functionality has been implemented, that provides the ability to delete specific versions of particular options or properties, without affecting the entire set in the database

• Collaboration dependencies detection:
  + When the User selects an assay saved on DB in Explorer, will have the ability to search all currently connected DBs for any cases that are subscribed to that assay
  + Likewise for calibrations, reports, workflows, etc.

• Better management of non-tip revisions:
  + In previous versions of Explorer, when deleting a revision 0 of any database option/property the software will kill off the entire option/property regardless of how many revisions are available
  + Changes have been made and now the whole option/property does not get shut down if there is still one active revision
