Petro-SIM v7.2 Known Issues and Notes

Petro-SIM v7.2 and Windows 11 OS

In case of having issues installing Petro-SIM v7.2 on machines with Windows 11 OS, the following procedure is recommended to follow:

    1.	Open the Local Group Policy Editor. You can also search for gpedit.msc
    2.	Go to Computer Configuration -> Administrative Templates-> Windows Components-> Remote Desktop Services-> Remote Desktop Session Host-> Application Compatibility.
    3.	Right click on "Turn off Windows Installer RDS Compatibility" and click Edit.
    4.	Then select "Enabled" radio button (Not Configured is selected by default) and click on OK.
    5.	Rerun the installation.

The Web-based Help pages are working normally.
