ISOM-SIM Improvements

• Regulatory changes to gasoline specifications and treatment have placed a greater demand on naphtha treating
• The shift in Europe from diesel demand to gasoline has created a need to re-evaluate operating scenarios to maximize gasoline production.

Petro-SIM 6.2 expands Petro-SIM's refining capabilities in the naphtha and gasoline modelling areas with improvements to the Isomerisation modelling capabilities.

Improvements to ISOM-SIM in 6.2 include

• Added C6N disproportion to C7N to C9N.
• Added C4 cracking and nC5 make.
• Added C6 cyclic effect on nC6 to 22DMB and C5 isom reactions.
• Added flexibility in C1 to C4 selectivity from cracking.
• Enabled the reactions of A to N and P to N.
