Often we will need to see the case you are working on and you can use the email options on the Petro-SIM File menu to help.

Email Case... Saves a snapshot of the active case and attaches it to an email. The snapshot includes your preference and user knowledgebase files to help us ensure we can match your results.
Email Screen Shot... Takes a picture of the Petro-SIM window and attaches it to an email.
Email Both... Saves both a snapshot of the active case and a picture of the Petro-SIM window, attaching them to an email alongside your preference file and any user knowledgebase file.
Zip and Email Movie... Petro-SIM includes a built-in movie recorder on the Tools menu that lets you record movies of your actions. This email option lets you email those movies to us, zipping them to reduce their size before sending.
Email link to Case... Lets you create and email a link to the active case. Emailing links to cases probably will not be much use to people outside your own organization - the main purpose of this menu item is to let you email links to database cases to other people.
