Clock Tampering Issues

This process will clean time tampering errors for Petro-SIM, Multiflash and Maximus 7.5 and earlier. If you encounter clock tampering issues please contact KBC's software helpdesk who will supply you with the required file to rectify the issue. Once you receive the required file please perform the following:

• Extract the zip file to any location on the machine.
• Run the KBC License Tester with administrator rights.
• Choose “Advanced – Run Cleanup Tool” from the menu.
• Navigate to the location the cleanup files are stored and pick the first one.
• The user may need to browse to the lsclean.exe if the tool cannot find it – it gets installed by the License Utilities installer and can be found in “C:\Program Files (x86)\KBC\SentinelLM Admin Tools”
• KBC License Tester will then run the clean up procedures. This will generate a clean.log file that can be read with notepad. Please inspect it and let us know if there are any errors.
